ARIA DYNAMICS

Precision machining for defense & aerospace

Parts, andthe proof.

A New Jersey precision machining company being built to run unattended. A digital thread from the print you supply to the verified NC program that cuts it — where every stage has to pass a check that could have failed.

Approach

The expensive part of a small job isn’t cutting time.

It’s everything around it — reading the print, modelling the part, programming the toolpath, proving it won’t gouge, and producing the inspection paperwork. At the order quantities a defense supplier actually sees, that work is the cost.

We build that path as software, and we gate it. The drawing above is its output — scroll, and it walks the stages.

01 · Print to model

Geometry that derives, not geometry that’s drawn

Dimensions read from the supplied print into a parametric model whose every value traces to a driving parameter. A part that fails its own checks never reaches CAD.

02 · Model to operations

The plan has to account for the missing material

Operations recovered from the solid itself and gated on removed volume — planned removal must equal stock minus part, or it isn’t a plan. Matching features to operations only proves operations were emitted.

03 · Operations to NC

Exact offsets, and a tool chosen by the geometry

Toolpaths generated to a closed-form offset and posted for the control. That cutter is ⌀6 because the fillet is 3.75 — an outside profile cannot cut a corner sharper than the tool radius.

04 · NC to verification

Run it against the stock before it reaches a machine

Every program executed against a stock model first, checking for gouges and for rapid moves through material — the failures a correct-looking program hides.

Each stage carries deliberate failure cases: checks written to catch that stage doing the wrong thing convincingly. A verifier that has never failed is decoration. See the measured results →

Where we are

Honest about the stage.

ARIA Dynamics is a New Jersey precision machining company, formed 2026-09-01. Entity, federal EIN and state registration are complete; federal contractor registration is in process. Production capacity is specified and not yet installed.

We would rather say that plainly than describe a shop that isn’t there. The useful questions for a buyer are what is documented and what is committed — we will answer both directly.

Complete

Entity, EIN and New Jersey business registration.

In process

SAM.gov registration and CAGE code.

Specified

Machining capacity, metrology and the quality system — selected, not yet purchased.

Verified

The process chain, with its checks and their failure cases.

Unattended operation is an objective, not a current capability. ARIA Dynamics has not yet demonstrated it. The eight capabilities it requires, and our position on each, are set out on the autonomy page.

Full registrations, codes and compliance posture are on the compliance page.
