What we quote, and how to send a part.
Milled prismatic parts and turned components in small lots for defense and aerospace supply chains. Our scope is sized from public catalogue data on 2,771 defense part numbers: demand, not capacity.
Scope
The parts we are built to quote.
Sizing came from the catalogue, not a wish list: the target supply classes were dimensioned from their federal item characteristics. That measures demand, not capacity.

Production route
We engineer the job. A named shop will cut it.
ARIA does the engineering, programming, verification and inspection planning, and will place production with a qualified New Jersey or Pennsylvania machine shop under our purchase-order terms, flow-downs and inspection.
Your quote will name the shop
You will know which operations are ours and which are a partner’s before you award, not after.
Partners to be checked at the source
Before a quote goes out, the partner’s quality certificate will be checked in the IAQG OASIS registry for scope, site and expiry.
A no-quote has a reason
If we cannot quote a part well, you get a no-quote with the reason, not silence.
Our own machining capacity is specified and not yet installed; when it is, quotes will say so. Mill-turn and hybrid (metal deposition and machining in one machine) are among the process families planned after it; neither is offered today.

What we can receive today.
We would rather decline a solicitation than handle its data badly, so the boundary is stated before you send anything.

Email the print or STEP model, quantity, material and required delivery. You get back a quote that names each operation and who performs it, and the verification we will supply with the parts.
