Capabilities
Five-axis milled prismatic parts for defense supply contracts, small to medium in size and quantity. What follows is what the operation is built around, stated from measurement rather than from a brochure — and it says plainly what is not yet installed.
Scope
Sizing came from the catalogue, not from a wish list: 2,771 defense part numbers in the target supply classes were dimensioned from their federal item characteristics, and the machine envelope was chosen against them.

The numbers above are measured from federal catalogue and award data, not estimated. They describe what the shop is specified to make; the systems page carries the honest count of what does and does not exist yet.
Now
Our own machining capacity is specified. It is not ordered and not installed. In the meantime we quote, and production is placed with qualified partner shops under an arrangement that is in place by the time of award — which is what FAR 9.104-3(a) asks of a prospective contractor who proposes to perform by subcontracting.
For the work we target this is straightforward: nearly all of it sits at or below the simplified acquisition threshold, where the limitations on subcontracting do not attach. We say on every quote which operations are ours and which are a partner’s.

Boundary
We accept Federal Contract Information. We do not yet accept Controlled Unclassified Information, technical data packages, or drawings, models and programs carrying distribution restrictions — the handling boundary for those is defined but not yet assessed, and we would rather decline a solicitation than handle its data badly.
If a solicitation requires export-controlled technical data to quote, we will say so at enquiry and step aside until that registration is in hand. The full posture is on the compliance page.
